Renew a Customer Subscription (Resellers)
Overview
Reseller partners can renew eligible customer subscriptions directly in Account Center. This article walks you through how to find and complete a renewal.
This article is for reseller partners who manage Lucen Timeline (formerly Office Timeline) subscriptions on behalf of customers.
Before You Start
Sign in with the reseller account connected to the customer subscription you want to renew.
Renew a Customer Subscription
Follow these steps:
- Go to lucensoftware.com
- Click Log in
- Select Timeline
- Open Account Center
- In the left menu, go to Admin > Subscriptions
- Select the customer subscription you want to renew
- Click Renew Now
- Review the renewal details
- Confirm the renewal
The subscription will be processed in Account Center once the renewal is confirmed.
What If I Don't See Renew Now?
If Renew Now is not available, the subscription may not be ready for renewal yet, or your account may not have permission to complete the renewal.
Contact your Lucen representative or email feedback@lucensoftware.com with the customer name or subscription details. We'll review the subscription and help you determine the next step.
