Renew a customer subscription - Resellers

 Overview

Resellers can renew subscriptions directly in the Account Center, whether the subscription is expiring soon or has already expired. The steps are the same in both cases.

Renewing a subscription is a two-step process. Completing checkout in the Account Center confirms the renewal but does not charge your account. A separate invoice will be sent to your billing email. Open the invoice and click Pay Now to complete payment.

If the subscription still has days remaining, the invoice will be sent when it expires, not at checkout. To request an invoice before the expiration date, contact your Lucen sales representative.

Steps 

Step 1: Log in to the Account Center

Visit lucensoftware.com and log in using your Billing Owner credentials. Navigate to the Account Center.

In the left navigation, go to Admin > Subscriptions and select the subscription you want to renew.

Step 2: Start the renewal

On the subscription detail page, click Renew. Review the renewal summary, including the plan, seat count, and renewal price.

When ready, click Continue to proceed with your renewal order.

Step 3: Pay the invoice

Watch for an invoice email at your billing address. Open the email and click Pay Now to complete payment.

If the subscription had days remaining at the time of renewal, the invoice will arrive when the current term expires, not immediately. To request an early invoice, reach out to your Lucen sales representative.
