How to purchase a subscription - Resellers
Overview
To purchase subscriptions for your customers in Account Center, you can add a new subscription, add seats to an existing subscription, or upgrade a subscription plan.
All purchases follow a two-step payment process. After you complete checkout, you will receive a separate invoice email. You must open that email and click Pay Now to finish your payment. Your subscription is not active until payment is confirmed.

A. Purchase a new subscription
To purchase a new subscription for a customer:
- Go to Apps in the left navigation.

- Under Apps to try, find the product you want to purchase and click Get app.
- In the cart, select the number of seats, review the total, and click Continue to checkout.

- On the Checkout page, confirm your account details and fill in your billing address.
- Review the order summary and confirm your payment method. Click Pay [amount] & subscribe.

- Check your email for a message with the subject line "Here is your invoice." Open it and click Pay Now.

- On the payment page, click Pay now in the top right corner.

- A confirmation appears when payment is complete. Your subscription is now active.

B. Add seats to an existing subscription
To add seats to an existing subscription:
- Go to Admin in the left navigation and select Subscriptions.
- Select the subscription you want to update.
- At the top of the page, navigate to Manage seats.

- Select the number of seats to add and continue to checkout.

- Complete your payment using the two-step process: confirm checkout, then click Pay Now in the invoice email you receive.

C. Upgrade a subscription plan
To upgrade a subscription to a higher plan:
- Go to Admin in the left navigation and select Subscriptions.
- Select the subscription you want to upgrade.
- At the top of the page, navigate to Manage seats.

- Select the new plan and continue to checkout.
- Complete your payment using the two-step process: confirm checkout, then click Pay Now in the invoice email you receive.
