How to purchase a subscription - Resellers

Overview

To purchase subscriptions for your customers in Account Center, you can add a new subscription, add seats to an existing subscription, or upgrade a subscription plan.

A) Purchase a new subscription

A. Purchase a new subscription

To purchase a new subscription for a customer:

1. Go to Apps in the left navigation.
   
   
2. Under Apps to try, find the product you want to purchase and click Get app.
3. In the cart, select the number of seats, review the total, and click Continue to checkout.
   
   
4. On the Checkout page, confirm your account details and fill in your billing address.
5. Review the order summary and confirm your payment method. Click Pay [amount] & subscribe.
   
   
6. Check your email for a message with the subject line "Here is your invoice." Open it and click Pay Now.
   
   
7. On the payment page, click Pay now in the top right corner.
   
   
8. A confirmation appears when payment is complete. Your subscription is now active.
   
   

B. Add seats to an existing subscription

To add seats to an existing subscription:

1. Go to Admin in the left navigation and select Subscriptions.
2. Select the subscription you want to update.
3. At the top of the page, navigate to Manage seats.
   
   
4. Select the number of seats to add and continue to checkout.
   
   
5. Complete your payment using the two-step process: confirm checkout, then click Pay Now in the invoice email you receive.
   
   

C. Upgrade a subscription plan

To upgrade a subscription to a higher plan:

1. Go to Admin in the left navigation and select Subscriptions.
2. Select the subscription you want to upgrade.
3. At the top of the page, navigate to Manage seats.
   
   
4. Select the new plan and continue to checkout.
5. Complete your payment using the two-step process: confirm checkout, then click Pay Now in the invoice email you receive.
