How to upgrade your existing subscription to Expert

Overview

To upgrade your add-in subscription to Expert, follow the instructions below. Navigate to the instructions that best fit your scenario:

A) I am upgrading a subscription to Expert
B) I am renewing a subscription and want to upgrade it to Expert

When you upgrade your current subscription to Expert, the upgrade fee will be calculated in your account. After you complete the purchase, your subscription will be upgraded to Expert and extended for one year.

NOTE: If your license was purchased for you by someone else, you cannot upgrade it yourself. Only Subscription Owner, Reseller, and License Manager accounts can upgrade licenses. Please contact the subscription owner and request that they complete the upgrade for you.
