Wrike import doesn't work

Symptoms

You are trying to import Wrike data into Office Timeline, but you are unable to connect to Wrike from the  PowerPoint add-in.

Overview

Wrike has recently made some changes to the way other applications can connect to their tool. These changes have been addressed in Office Timeline 3.63.00 to ensure users can still import their data from Wrike.

Solution

Making sure you have Office Timeline version 3.63.00 or newer should solve the connectivity issue.

  1. To check what version you have, open PowerPoint and, on the Office Timeline ribbon, click on Help > About.

  2. If you don't have version 3.63.00 or greater, go to https://www.officetimeline.com/updates and install the latest build.

  3. Try importing from Wrike again.
