Product key entered is invalid

Follow

Overview

Product keys are uniquely created based on your license requirements. The Invalid Product Key message most often occurs for the following reasons:

  • During copy and paste, extra space or character is included.

  • You have an older version of Office Timeline installed but are trying to use a newer key.

Notes

When product keys are generated they are optimized for current versions of Office Timeline. Please make sure you have the latest version before following these steps. Download the latest version.
