Although Office Timeline does not currently support Office 365 officially, as we do not test on it yet, most customers are able to successfully install and use the add-in with this version of Microsoft Office. However, some issues may arise occasionally, such as the tool not showing up in the Office Add-ins list, the Office Timeline Ribbon missing from PowerPoint, error messages, and others.
Most Office 365 compatibility issues can be easily fixed in just a few steps. Here’s how:
Open Control Panel and go to Programs and Features.
Locate Microsoft Office 365 in the list of programs, right-click on it, and choose Change. You should see two options, "Quick Repair" and "Online Repair".
Choose Online Repair and let the setup do its work. Note that you may need to restart your computer after the repair process is complete.
