Yes, Office Timeline can be configured to go through your organization’s web proxy for communications (e.g. for activating a license or importing from Smartsheet or Jira). Here’s how:
Steps
- In PowerPoint, click Settings on the Office Timeline ribbon.
- Go to the Proxy tab and then select Custom to specify your web proxy settings. You will need to contact your IT Helpdesk to obtain this information.
- Make sure you test the settings once you've entered the URL, Port, and Username / Password (if that's required to access the web proxy).
- Click Save and try importing from Smartsheet again.
