After upgrading, I no longer see some integrations I used before

Who this article is for

This article is for teams that previously used Office Timeline on a legacy Pro+ plan and have recently upgraded to version 13 or newer with the new sign in experience.

If you or your team noticed changes after updating, especially around sign in or integrations, this guide explains what changed, why it changed, and what to do next.

Why this change happened

Your account was moved from the old Pro+ plan to today’s Plus or Expert plans as part of a planned update to how Office Timeline is accessed and managed.

With version 13 or newer, Office Timeline introduced a simpler and more secure way to access the product. Instead of using product keys, users now sign in with their work email address. This allows teams to manage access more easily and keeps everyone on the same version.

As part of this update, some integrations that were previously bundled into the Pro+ plan, such as MSP, Smartsheet, or Jira, were reorganized. These integrations are now included in the Expert plan. Because of this, they may appear to be missing after the upgrade if your users are on the Plus plan.

What has not changed

Even though the experience looks different, several important things remain the same:

  • Your existing timelines are still available and unchanged.

  • No features were silently removed in the middle of your contract.

  • Any differences you are seeing come from how the legacy Pro+ plan maps to the current Plus and Expert plans.

How to restore your previous workflows

If your team depends on integrations that are no longer available after the upgrade, your Office Timeline admin can move the affected users to the Expert plan.

If you believe your contract includes access to those features for the remainder of your term, contact Office Timeline Support with your account name. Our team will review your plan mapping and walk through your available options with you.

Tips for admins rolling this out

To avoid friction during rollout, keep the following in mind:

  • Make sure all collaborators are using the same version of Office Timeline before sharing timelines across the team.

  • Confirm which users need Expert level features and adjust plan assignments accordingly.
