The Style Pane is cut off or not showing properly

Symptoms

Office Timeline's Style Pane does not render properly in PowerPoint. No matter how you move or resize it, it is either cut off or partially blacked out (or grayed out in some cases), blocking access to some of the features.

Solution

  1. Click on Display Settings located on the bottom-right side of the screen in PowerPoint, right near Notes.display-settings-powerpoint

  2. From there, select the option for compatibility.

  3. Restart PowerPoint and check to see if the Style Pane is now fully visible.
