I own Plus Edition but my license says "Basic" now. What's going on?

If you've recently updated Office Timeline to version 6.x or higher, or looked over the Subscriptions page in your account, you might have noticed that your Office Timeline Plus license now says Office Timeline Basic.

Don't worry, your Plus Edition license didn't go anywhere: we rebranded Plus Edition as Basic Edition in June 2021. So "Office Timeline Basic" is the same Plus Edition you are familiar with, just under a different name.

Don't forget that Plus (aka Basic) Edition is a legacy plan, meaning new licenses cannot be purchased, but you can still renew your existing subscription as long as you don't let it expire. For a quick comparison between Office Timeline editions, please see our post here.

If you have any further questions about your license, don't hesitate to contact us at support@officetimeline.com. We will be happy to help.
